20 miles to Buttermilk Falls in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area.
The terrain was rough
and dangerous.
We sped past the bridge troll
and arrived safe and sound. 99 degrees never felt so good!
Renee led the chase home to the pool! go baby go!

Webb & Liz hosted quite a nice little bbq party in the park today. They found a nice shady spot where we all relaxed and enjoyed the warm breezes. (That is, once we found the “east nethermead” which wasn’t so easy to locate….)

One year ago today we were out on a worthy mission. We helped an Army vet spread the word about PTSD. We met up with Tom in Cleveland, Ohio and then biked to our home in NJ. Ron and I alternated days of biking, while one person drove the truck along with Juan Carlos, and Tom’s service dog, a border collie.

Route 6 is Pennsylvania Bike Route Y and it’s a long, beautiful ride from Cleveland to New Jersey. It was a great trip, and quite an accomplishment.
