Dr. Horatiu biked 80 miles from NYC to join us. We had fresh apple cider, trout with quinoa salad, black bean & red pepper soup with poached egg. fish soup (soupe de poisson) and a vegetable omelet.
Horatiu thanks the chickens personally for their fresh eggs!
