We set out to the jodo mission to show Buddha Renee’s new shirt.
And then this happened.
Every day a new one.
You can’t make this stuff up.
Crazy.
Then I tried to make my own.
Holy crap! I can’t believe that worked.

She always starts with dessert.
Haupia. Coconut, purple sweet potato and pie crust.
Shrimp scampi with coconut and red chili.
Tuna “rose” with rice with eel sauce.
Local grocery store
Ahi poke. Tuna with wasabi sauce.
Even salad tastes better in the sun.
And finally. I create the ultimate Hawaii shave ice. Half blue vanilla and half blue raspberry.
Delicious.
Makin friends with cat treats is easy in Hawaii.
Using our bicycle ninja skills, we sneak past the guards at the Ritz Carlton hotel and arrive at Dragon Teeth Cliffs. An ancient Hawaiian sacred site.

Ya, but this thing only makes 8 silver dollar pancakes and it costs like 11 bucks!

Taking a day off from riding we caught a boat to the small island of molokini.
At 6 freaking am. I’m not happy.

And then I saw…
This guy. “Lighten up dude! The suns up”
Woo hoo! Into the lava cave.
Shortly after the photo was taken the mother of all waves hit and turned this cave into the mother of all toilet bowls and flipped everybody upside down.
“Ok ok that was great!”
