Good stuff!! Central Park = separate lanes for walking/jogging, for slow biking, for fast biking, and one little lane for cars. Awesome. (Oh yeah, I’m wearing a full-length down North Face coat with my hi vis/reflective vest… it’s cold!)

Bike & Bite: Vietnamese banh mi lunch… sandwiches with siracha and coconut water.

New NYC local, cousin Kelli. (yes, Kelli, now that you’ve made the blog, you must read the blog). Another bike and bite for R&R: korean bbq feast in Koreatown.

The never-ending day…. doctors Derek and Horatiu were nearby so we had to stop in for a toast of tequila.

Ron’s wheelie in the park near our apartment… he doesn’t want to go home. He gets energized at night.
