Break 3: we really love the food on Maui, so we were interested to try Maui's 2015 best chef at The Mill House. Very creative menu (coffee roasted beets with lemongrass coconut cream and espresso streusel?), but we were sorely disappointed with all three dishes we ordered.

We ended the day at a dinner party with friends Lorna, Murray, Claire & Terry. Homemade Coho Salmon Wellington... yum. What a day!

They served us homemade Coho Salmon Wellington… yum, amazing.
What a day!
