Jon and Jane are visiting from NJ and wanted to take a Maui bike adventure.

We weren’t looking for hills, but the winds added a little extra workout for us. Luckily, the sun stayed tucked away as we headed into the shadow of the West Maui Mountains.

Uhh, Ron… Are we almost there?

Homemade pasta is a great reward.

Besides pasta, we enjoyed baked chicken plate lunch in the valley.

Our first trip to Maui Tropical Plantation. Beautiful.
(Next time we’ll have to try the Mill House restaurant).

And Ron’s first pour-over coffee.

Bonus pic… Only in Hawaii.
Don’t worry about the police, watch out for Madame Pele (goddess of fire, lightning and volcanoes) if you don’t heed this sign’s warning.
Again another great adventure. Keep going….
Here in Long Beach Ca. One of our favorite parks right by Shoreline Village and Marina. Love it here because of all the biking.
Thought of you the other day. I fell off of my bike…lucky no broken bones just an injuries ego. Love riding, walking and swimming.
Only 20 days left before crossing border. Another great 5 months of sights and travel.
Enjoy. Y
Gotta say a huge “Thank you!” to Ron and Renee for taking us under their wing. We had a great ride, saw and ate, things usually reserved for locals. Great day.
