Cousin Kelli and I met for a film night at the School of Visual Arts.
SVA filmmakers present their film, “Dime Crimes #34” which I do not recommend (sorry).
Oscar-nominated animator and filmmaker Bill Plympton (SVA ’69) is famous for his animated short “Your Face” (1987) which is pretty entertaining.
We also viewed his short “The Loneliest Stoplight” (2015) and his feature film “Cheatin'” (2013) which were really not entertaining to me, but then I am not an SVA-er like my husband and brother.
Bill designed an original creation for Ron. Awesome!
I biked over to gourmet vegan restaurant Blossom in Chelsea.
Dinner for one.. a date with myself. Seitan scaloppine with mashed potatoes and sauteed kale. Delish. The people next to me raved about the vegan tiramisu, but I was satisfied. Good night!
Whoa…good for you. Glad you had a nice time, Y
