We set out on a 30-mile ride .. it’s a ghost town. The cars must have burst into flames.

On the roadside we hit the jackpot!!

The red raspberries are poppin!

And they’re half cooked from the heat.. Amazing!

We arrive at the barn to a classical serenade. People can’t believe we biked here in the heat but they don’t know we are truly crazy.. ha

“To the POOL!!! I’m taking the short cut home over the mountain!!!”

“Are You CRAZY!!?!?! you’ll kill us all!!
Hey… mulberries!”

“Renee, be reasonable…”

ATTACK !!!!!!!!

“OK OK Nice one Renee. Next stop the pool.!!”

Bonus Pic: Right by our house we see our local friend “Scamp.” He loves cyclists. He does look extra hot today. Renee says he looks like a painting ..
I will never accept a small bike ride with you guys. Your small rides are always adventuresome. Continue to enjoy, Y
I liked the Garmin picture. Would have been nice to have that on your 10,000 foot ascent in Hawaii. Can you publish Garmin in future when you have stats you are proud of, please. It is okay to brag.

On a previous blog, I think all your readers would like to know if you shared your self administered spinal 6 year “shrinking handlebar” therapy with the medical profession. Does it have medical credibility? What did they say? Will we see it published in a med journal soon? If not, then I hope you send it to a cycling magazine.
.
Looking forward to your soon to be discovered fame.
