Since selling our company, people are curious what we do with our time. If you follow this blog, you’ve seen that we do a lot of biking. You may have also seen blog posts of Ron building and modifying bikes, which he loves.
Well, he’s also got a hobby of helping people with random, on-the-spot bike repairs, whether it’s for friends, family, strangers or delivery men.

Queensboro Bridge fix.. tightening down the stem and handlebars.
When someone looks like they have an issue, Ron asks if they need help and you should see the smiles.

This delivery guy down in NYC’s Alphabet City had crashed. Despite the blood all around, Ron fixed his wheel and re-tensioned his chain.
(I helped too.. I gave him a band-aid : )

No matter what it is that has to do with bikes, Ron’s happy to fix it. Here he’s straightening out the sign at Sussex Bike & Sport.
“Happiness On Two Wheels”

Ron traveled across the country to San Fran to rebuild the back hub of one of his custom bikes for our friend Jay.
Totally awesome. It’s good to know there is a good Samaratin on the bike trails.
It makes us both feel good.
Ron pride.
: D
That is so great of him. And yes, something to definitely be proud of. We need more Ron’s out there. Loved the pics
Thanks, Jennifer!
You are a Valorian knight sir! I knight you!
That’s awesome!
I love this post, it’s so cute! Good on Ron! And good on Renee for being an amazing documenter and having Bandaids!! 😉
As a mom, of course you appreciate band-aids.. ha!
If your so proud, and rightly so, then do a pictorial of Ron’s personal bike shop and personal bikes. That’s a man cave to be proud of.

Amazing. He also fixed my bike. The stories and pictures are amazing. Can’t wait to see you two again. In St Louis and did the Arch. Now my three favorite cities are NYC, Montreal and now St Louis. So much to do. yVonne
Doug said, “He did that when I was with him. In an elevator!” Love ya’ll.
